Documents required for a Fund License |
- Application form for Mutual Fund License
- Certified True copies of constitutional documents of the fund
- Draft offering document of Mutual fund.
- In case of newly established fund their audited financial statements
- A personal questionnaire form filled in by each:
- Directors
- General partners
- Trustee whichever is applicable
- A written consent of fund administrator
- A written consent of funds auditor
- Where the fund id a unit trust, it must have a resident trustee licensed in Seychelles.
- in the case of an existing fund audited financial statements for the past three
years; and in the case of a newly established fund three year financial forecast
or cash flow Statements

Documents required for approval of exempt foreign fund |
- Approval application form
- Certified true copies of the license or authorization granted by a regulatory body
in a recognized jurisdiction
- Proof that the fund is administered by a fund administrator holding a Seychelles
funds administrators License
- Current or the latest draft offering document
- Certificate of good standing from the Recognized Jurisdiction.

- Submission to Central Bank Of Seychelles of a declaration of Compliance
- And in case of exempt foreign fund, proof that it holds a current License or other
authorization from a Recognized Jurisdiction.
