Documents required for a Fund License

• Application form for Mutual Fund License
• Certified True copies of constitutional documents of the fund
• Draft offering document of Mutual fund.
• In case of newly established fund their audited financial statements
• A personal questionnaire form filled in by each:
• Directors
• General partners
• Trustee whichever is applicable
• A written consent of fund administrator
• A written consent of funds auditor
• Where the fund id a unit trust, it must have a resident trustee licensed in Seychelles.
• in the case of an existing fund audited financial statements for the past three years; and in the case of a newly established fund three year financial forecast or cash flow Statements

Documents required for approval of exempt foreign fund

• Approval application form
• Certified true copies of the license or authorization granted by a regulatory body in a recognized jurisdiction
• Proof that the fund is administered by a fund administrator holding a Seychelles funds administrators License
• Current or the latest draft offering document
• Certificate of good standing from the Recognized Jurisdiction.

Documents required for Renewal of License

• Submission to Central Bank Of Seychelles of a declaration of Compliance
• And in case of exempt foreign fund, proof that it holds a current License or other authorization from a Recognized Jurisdiction.
